Philosophy

and Goals

Our philosophy of Early Childhood Education is to help

your child through love, kindness, patience and fun to grow

intellectually, emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually.

We will not push a child to read and write before he/she

is mentally or physically ready, but our goal is to spend this

year in fun, learning experiences to help him/her

be ready for kindgarten.

Our program will include art, science, pre-writing skills, math
and reading readiness, music, physical education and more.

All these things will be presented to your child through many

varied "hands-on" experiences that will be relaxed and fun and

will, hopefully, help your child enjoy and look forward to school.

The school term runs concurrently with the Sumter County School System. Our day begins at 8:30 a.m.and ends at 12:00 noon. We offer an extended day until 3:00 p.m.
The children must be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1st in order to attend our preschool.	Children must also be fully toilet trained!
One day a month each child will have a "special day". The "Special Day Child" will provide our midmorning snack. Drinks are provided by the preschool. The child may also bring a toy to "Show and Share"!

There is a registration
fee of $50 due at the
time of submitting the
enrollment application.

The tuition is charged monthly as follows:
$180 for those attending 8:30 am - 12 pm
$275 for those attending 8:30 am - 3 pm

(Which is an additional $95 for extended day.)

The Dept. of Children and Families requires that each
child have an up-to-date immunization record and a
current physical, as well as an enrollment
application for emergency contact purposes.

Our 4 year old class

is a VPK class and

our lead teachers

have their FCCPC!
